Duties and responsibilities

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Improve, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. Responsiveness).
Create and maintain standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Manage style guides and UI assets.
Research design trends in the industry.
Involve and execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.
Design and create elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

Min 1 year of experience in Visual Communication, Interface Design, User
Interaction, Product Design, or equivalent
Present portfolio of design projects.
Understanding of primary front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
Comfortable designing using Adobe XD / Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe
Photoshop and wireframe tools (e.g. InVision).
Understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
Experience working in an agile or scrum development process.
