English speaking young technology graduates from these universities are looking to sprout their wings and take flight. We firmly believe that our developers need just one opportunity to show what they are capable of, and we created this platform to be an enabler of such potential.
Coding Collective started as a software development company, providing expertise in web and app based applications to global clients. As our relationship with clients and talented employees evolved we establish a network where clients and employees could connect benefiting from each other’s expertise.
A few years down the line, we realized that businesses globally were facing a talent shortage. Some with finding the right talent, others with finding it at the right cost. Our business of outsourcing the talent and co working spaces boomed and helped us venture more into this space.
Our Skill and commitment to deliver quality to its client helped us obtain the local recruitment license and an expert in hiring all employees globally.
