Duties and responsibilities

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs.
Specialist in Talent Hunting for IT Developers.
Source and conduct screening of potential candidates.
Identify suitable candidates from our job seeker database to meet the client’s talent acquisition requirements.
Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process.
Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
Has to experience in building employee branding.
Able to work with teams.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Good command of English
At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience
