Duties and responsibilities
The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs.
- Specialist in Talent Hunting for IT Developers.
- Source and conduct screening of potential candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates from our job seeker database to meet the client’s talent acquisition requirements.
- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process.
- Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
- Has to experience in building employee branding.
- Able to work with teams.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Good command of English
- At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience
