DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

• Performing administrative tasks.
• Overseeing employee health and safety procedures (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Tenaga Kerja).
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Organize and update employee data filling.
• Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education.
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
• Overseeing social and employee events.

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology.
• 1-3 years of experience in a human resources position or related position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping.
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Creative problem solver, Great personal skills and professional attitude.
• Able present company mission and history clearly and confidently.
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Possesses superb spoken communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
